我遇到过类似的问题。这似乎是由于与 Hyper-V 一起安装的其他虚拟化软件 (Virtualbox) 造成的。您可以检查 vEthernet 适配器的属性 -> 共享选项卡，然后尝试将其设置为共享互联网。不过，使用此设置时，我仍然会遇到间歇性的互联网问题。

我最终卸载了 Virtualbox 以使 Hyper-V 正常运行。
