Homebrew 抱怨我的 PATH 中存在非 Homebrew 的“pkg-config”

我刚刚在我的计算机上安装了 Homebrew，但运行之后brew doctor出现了两个警告。

我似乎没有安装 Xcode 的命令行工具，但现在已经安装了。第二个警告是：

Warning: You have a non-Homebrew 'pkg-config' in your PATH:
/opt/sm/pkg/active/bin/pkg-config

`./configure` may have problems finding brew-installed packages using
this other pkg-config.

我该如何补救呢？
