通过 MSI 安装 VMware Player 失败

每次都会弹出此错误（VMware Player 和 Workstation 都出现此错误），根本无法安装。我创建临时文件后停止安装并直接运行 MSI 文件。现在它失败，提示“hcmon 驱动程序无法安装”。我在 VMware 论坛上发布了此问题，但 3 天来一直无人帮助，我陷入困境。

我提取了安装程序并运行了 msi，但 hcmon 安装失败。我使用的是 Windows 8，用户帐户是管理员。我尝试了所有解决方案，但毫无进展。我尝试过的一些方法是

  1. 将设置重命名为某个名称。
  2. setup.exe /z "action"="install" 开关
  3. 详细日志记录 msi 安装并发现在 hcmon 安装失败后它会回滚安装。
  4. 校验和已验证。
  5. 已禁用 AVG 和 ZoneAlarm。
  6. 一旦创建桌面图标并运行播放器，vmx 就无法加载。

我使用最新的 VMware Player 5.1，并尝试了之前的版本。

另一方面，Virtualbox 安装正常，没有任何问题。这可能是冲突吗？不幸的是，Blackberry 10 模拟器是一个 VMX 文件。不支持 virtualbox。有什么帮助吗？

我遇到了同样的问题，结果发现是hcmon驱动程序的问题。它已经安装好了，我尝试将其删除，然后一切正常。

手动删除 hcmon.sys 驱动程序：

  1. 右键单击“我的电脑”，然后单击“管理”。
  2. 单击“设备管理器”。
  3. 单击查看 > 显示隐藏的设备。
  4. 双击非即插即用驱动程序
  5. 右键单击 hcmon，然后单击卸载。
  6. 删除 C:\Windows\system32\drivers\hcmon.sys 文件。
  7. 重启计算机

在我的系统上安装 6.0.1 失败。即使解压 .exe 也不起作用。6.0.0 安装程序有同样的问题，安装程序似乎已损坏。从其他位置下载它解决了这个问题。

就我的情况而言：卸载前一个版本时出现错误，因此无法安装 VMWare Player。

之后安装程序启动，我们可以毫无问题地安装播放器。
