我有一台 Acer Aspire One 上网本（722-0828），运行 Windows 7 Home Premium 64 位。

通过以太网电缆连接时，网络正常工作。

通过 wifi 连接时，IP 工作，ICMP 工作，DNS 工作：

但是我无法从 Windows 计算机启动到其他任何地方的任何 TCP 连接。HTTP 失败（尝试过 IE、FF、Opera 和 Chrome）；PuTTY 失败（telnet 和 ssh）；ftp 失败，DNS-over-TCP（使用“set vc”的 nslookup）失败。

在这里，我可以看到 DNS-over-UDP 正在运行，甚至对远程服务器也是如此；这告诉我 IP 和 UDP 都在运行。但我一这样做set vc，下一个查找就挂起了：

其他设备（OSX 笔记本电脑、iOS 设备、Android 设备、其他 Windows 笔记本电脑）在同一个 wifi 网络上运行良好。

使用数据包嗅探器，我看到 Windows 机器发送了初始 SYN 数据包，并且我的服务器使用 SYN+ACK 回复......但是 Windows TCP 堆栈似乎从未看到它，因为没有回复，并且 Windows 机器最终使用另一个 SYN 数据包重试连接。

尝试进行故障排除，但均无法解决问题：

  1. 删除/重新创建两个接口。

  2. 在 Windows 上重置 IP 堆栈。

  3. 禁用 Windows 防火墙。

  4. 在 wifi 接口上禁用 IPv6。

  5. 确认该 WiFi 网络被识别为“家庭网络”。

任何提示都将受到欢迎。
