我使用的是 Windows-XP Professional。使用 Windows 搜索在文件中查找关键字或短语时，是否有任何选项可以指定只返回包含该词的结果，如果该词是其他大词的一部分则不返回。

例如我想搜索所有包含关键字“link”的文件

但我不希望结果显示包含单词“unlink”的文件，其中“link”是“unlink”的一部分

即使在高级搜索选项中我也找不到任何选项。它确实有一个区分大小写的选项，但没有“仅匹配整个单词”之类的选项。

如果没有 Windows 原生搜索，我还有哪些其他选择？

Google 桌面搜索工具是否有这个选项可以仅查找整个单词？
