我最近用 Windows Server 2000 设置了一台服务器（我知道它很旧，但计算机的硬件不能再支持它了）。现在我安装了微软这需要VC 红包包 2008. 在网站它与 Windows 2000 兼容，但是当我启动安装程序时出现错误消息The procedure entry point HeapSetInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll。我该如何解决这个问题？

HeapSetInformation 在 Windows XP/Server 2003 中实现，但在 Windows 2000 中不行。至少升级到 XP 或更好到 7/8。
