缓慢的迈拓/希捷外置硬盘

最近我买了一个新的迈拓 M3 便携式外置硬盘，带 USB 3.0。在文件传输过程中，它的写入速度非常慢，从 75 MB/s 开始，然后快速衰减到 <1 MB/s。
