我遇到了这个问题，最终我的公司支持团队通过单击“Cisco AnyConnect 安全移动客户端”窗口上的属性图标解决了这个问题。

在出现的窗口的“首选项”选项卡上，找到“检查 VPN 连接更新”复选框，并确保已勾选。然后，在连接到 VPN 时，客户端会查看是否有可用的更新，并自行安装。
