Windows 7 Aero 装饰每秒闪烁一次

吃完午饭回来后，我的 Citrix Receiver 超时了，活动窗口边框、阴影和选定的文本开始每秒闪烁一次。这还会撤消拖动窗口并关闭打开的菜单。

昨天也发生了这种情况。我用 Trend Micro Housecall 扫描了系统（什么也没发现），搜索了几个小时，并安装了所有 Windows 更新。发生了什么？是 HP Bios 更新造成的吗？

我在 HP 2013 UltraSlim 扩展坞上使用 HP 850 EliteBook。断开扩展坞没有帮助。

看来移除 USB 拇指驱动器就能解决问题。我怀疑 HP 的 USB 驱动器访问管理器是罪魁祸首。6434 条 Windows 日志条目（如最后一个条目）自上午 9 点开始以 0-6 秒的间隔连续记录，似乎证实了这一点：
