无法从 Windows 7 ping 到 IPV6 地址

我的笔记本电脑（家用）和 PC（办公室）上都装有 Windows 7。我还在学校的 Win8 PC 上测试过这一点。为什么我无法 ping 任何 IPV6 地址？

我已经完全禁用了 Eset nod32，但仍然：
