如何判断我的 Debian 是稳定版还是不稳定版？

我目前正在运行 Debian 9.0 (stretch)，它是我从 jessie 升级的。我很久以前就升级了，不记得我是进行了稳定升级还是升级到了不稳定版本。我想转入稳定状态，但我不知道如何检查我是否处于稳定状态。

另外，如果我碰巧处于不稳定的拉伸状态，是否可以转到稳定的拉伸状态？
