我找到了解决这个问题的方法。
FFmpeg 有一个标志(copyts),根据文档: “不处理输入时间戳,但保留其值并尝试对其进行清理”。
这个标志解决了我在帖子中描述的问题,使得片段转换正常。
然而,分割和转码过程会导致帧的播放时间延迟(0.7 秒)。令人惊讶的是,当我们处理 .ts 文件时,此延迟会加倍,这意味着第一帧将延迟 1.4 秒才能播放。
这个问题的解决方案也是使用另一个属性(muxdelay),它设置最大解复用解码延迟。如果我们将此属性设置为 0,则 0.7 秒的延迟将不复存在。
这意味着我的命令现在看起来像这样:
