某些程序阻止 Windows 8 休眠

我有一台 Windows 8 笔记本电脑。休眠通常可以正常工作，但偶尔不起作用。

当它播放时，我单击“休眠”，屏幕变黑，但几分钟后锁定屏幕出现并且机器没有休眠。

我发现如果我关闭足够多的程序并再试一次，休眠模式就会重新开始工作。

  1. 这里发生了什么？
  2. 如果某个特定程序阻止了休眠，我能确定是哪个程序吗？我能停止它吗？
