这种情况发生在我身上几次（并且仍然这种情况在 Windows 7 Professional 主机上使用 Linux 客户机时发生，症状与您相同，包括无法修复此情况，即使重新启动两台机器也是如此。我从去年开始就遇到这种情况，我多次升级 VirtualBox，现在使用的是 5.1.30 r118389（Qt5.6.2），这种情况仍然每月发生一两次（我每天都使用 VM）。

经过各种巫术尝试后，我将仪式简化为以下两个步骤：

将适配器设置为其他适配器（我使用我的戴尔 WiFi 端口）
等待大约 8-10 秒（如果我在 Linux 客户机中 ping 8.8.8.8，我会看到它开始响应）
将适配器设置回原来的有线英特尔适配器
8-10秒后，ping恢复，并且我已连接。

我的结论是，由于某种原因，网络层的某些内部结构陷入了错误的配置，来回切换可以解决卡住的问题。

我很想知道真正的原因，但我只能接受当前的状况。

从 5.1.30 升级到 5.2.0 后遇到类似情况。降级回 5.1.30 恢复了网络。所以我的建议是使用 5.1.30 版本，直到 5.2.x 更加稳定。
