如何使用我的本地时间作为`ntpd`的唯一参考？

我想让我的Linux设备将其本地时间与另一个Linux服务器的本地时间同步，而无需任何其他参考。我不在乎实际时间。我想要我的假时间。因此我不需要任何其他 ntp 服务器作为参考。例如，我只需将 Linux 服务器的本地时间设置1.2.3.4为2033-02-23 15:23:10。我想让我的 Linux 设备同步这个时间。Linux/etc/ntp.conf服务器上的配置文件是：

restrict 127.0.0.1 
restrict ::1

server 127.127.1.1
fudge  127.127.1.1 stratum 8

disable monitor
logfile /var/log/ntp/ntp.log
pidfile /var/run/ntpd.pid

在 Linux 客户端上，我输入ntpdate 1.2.3.4，然后出现错误：
