命令apt-get update不会更新系统，而只是更新可用软件包列表。因此，它不会尝试获取软件包，而是获取来自该 URL 的软件包列表。您需要检查文件/etc/apt/sources.list以及目录中的文件中/etc/apt/sources.list.d/是否有包含 URL 的行deb.packager.io，并将其注释掉。更多详细信息请参见文档。
