GetDeb 已经停运了好几个星期了。估计已经废弃了。检查这里
因此建议从你的包管理系统中删除所有对 getdeb.net 的引用。
并针对冲突sudo apt clean-all然后sudo apt update可能解决问题。也可能存在一些签名问题，可以通过添加新签名来解决curl。
和其他软件包，嗯，没有更新。新年假期大概没人工作吧：D
