文件主机分C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc块我放进去的每个网站除了 YouTube。它以前会阻止它，但现在不会了。

我也遇到了同样的问题，但我发现浏览器通过缓存的 IP 地址访问 YouTube。因此，简单的解决方案是从浏览器中删除缓存数据并尝试访问 YouTube。现在应该被阻止了。这个技巧对我有用。
