我的计算机经常随机冻结。

我已尝试过：

  • 使用最新更新的完整格式 Windows 10。
  • 更换了我的 RAM，改为 8GB King-Stone 1 和平，相同的赫兹。
  • 我运行内存测试“没有问题”，硬盘也一样，但我已经更改了它们。
  • 将我的硬盘换成了 SSD San-disk。
  • 我清洁了风扇并涂上了新的昂贵的导热膏。
  • 移除了所有 USB 配件。
  • 我的所有驱动程序均从 Acer 网站获得最新更新。
  • 我的BIOS也是最后一个。
  • 尝试在笔记本电脑上使用新格式，无需任何程序。

笔记本电脑随机冻结！有时我在处理 word 或文本文件时，有时我回来时发现它冻结了，

注意：完全冻结，使其工作的唯一方法是关闭笔记本电脑。
