看起来您安装的 Eclipse 3.7 (Indigo) 已经过时 7 年，有 10 个版本了。
正如您链接的页面上的兼容性说明部分所述，至少需要 Eclipse 4.6 - 但您可能应该使用当前的 Eclipse。
