使用 VPN 时连接到本地 FTP

我的电脑通过 VPN 连接到互联网。我想使用连接到我的 LAN 网络的 FTP 服务器（Linux）。我知道我的 FTP 的 IP 是 192.168.1.140。我试过使用，route add 192.168.1.140但没有用。我只想免除一个 IP。
