PHP 7.1 不适用于 RHEL 8，即使是从Rémi 的存储库。它在 RHEL 8 beta 期间可用，但在发布前被删除，可能是因为 PHP 7.1 将在 12 月结束生命。RHEL 8发行说明仅提到 PHP 7.2。

它仍然可以在 RHEL 7 的 Software Collections 中找到，因此如果您需要 PHP 7.1，您最好还是继续使用 RHEL 7。
