运行 Angular CLI 命令时我总是收到同样的错误

无论我尝试在 Node.js cmd 中运行什么命令，我总是收到相同的错误。

我卸载并安装了 Node.js 三次，添加了系统变量，尝试了每个命令（npm update、npm uninstall、npm install、npm cache clean）。node_modules文件夹不存在AppData\Roaming\npm\，我不知道它是否应该是这样的。我无法运行任何命令，它总是显示错误BASIC realm="Sonatype Nexus Repository Manager"。

谁能帮我？
