环回的瓶颈是什么？

最近我对这个问题很好奇，所以我在 macOS 上安装了 iperf3 来对 macOS 上的环回性能进行基准测试。但是，CPU 使用率没有达到 100%，这是意料之中的，因为有人说回环的瓶颈应该是 CPU。我是不是漏掉了什么？谢谢。
