从源安装 Python 3.7：test_ssl 失败

为了能够在 Ubuntu 服务器上无需 root 权限从源代码安装 Python，我必须安装openssl，我使用以下命令进行安装：

wget https://www.openssl.org/source/openssl-1.1.1e.tar.gz
tar -xzvf openssl-1.1.1e.tar.gz
cd openssl-1.1.1e
./config --prefix=${HOME}/.local/openssl --openssldir=${HOME}/.local/openssl
make -j$(nproc)
make install_sw

然后我设置以下内容~/.bashrc：

export PATH=$HOME/.local/openssl/bin:$PATH
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$HOME/.local/openssl/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH

并创建了从新certs文件夹到现有文件夹的符号链接（此步骤是必要的)：

ln -s /etc/ssl/certs $HOME/.local/openssl/certs

然后我继续安装 Python 3.7.7：

由于 OpenSSL 1.1.1e 中的行为更改，测试失败。请暂时尝试使用 OpenSSL 1.1.1d。请参阅https://bugs.python.org/issue40018了解更多信息。
