对于看似随机的“磁盘损坏”,第一个怀疑是 SATA 电缆和插座。您在另一台机器上的测试似乎证实了这一点。

更换电缆,清洁所有触点,确保机器重新组装时任何连接处都没有压力。轻微的侧向压力可能会造成严重破坏。主板上的标准 SATA 端口规格太低,非常糟糕。
