问题本身是，当你连接任何蓝牙耳机（JBL Live650BTNC 或带无线充电盒的 AirPods）时，会发生冻结（不是每次都发生，但很常见），我无法播放任何音频、视频或重新加载网页，整个浏览器都会冻结，系统开始紧张，之后30-60 秒Safari 开始工作，一切恢复正常。此外，在工作过程中，耳机偶尔会断开连接。
我尝试了所有方法：我完全重启了蓝牙，删除了 .plist，重启了 NVRAM 或 PRAM 和 SMC，下载了 Hardware_IO_Tools_for_Xcode，并使用 Bluetooth Explorer 实用程序进行了强制恢复，切换到另一个配置文件，情况还是一样。我注意到这个问题在工作日的后半段出现，那时 Mac 负载更大，也许这会影响它。有时使用 Clean My Mac 清理垃圾时，一切都会恢复正常。
