由于无法访问本地主机，因此无法连接到其他主机

我的笔记本电脑有时会无法连接到同一网络中的其他主机。发生这种情况时，情况如下：

ping 192.168.1.202

其中 192.168.1.248 是我运行 ping 的笔记本电脑的本地 IP 地址：

同时笔记本电脑已连接到互联网。网络中的其他机器也存在同样的问题，所以我猜路由器（Teltonika RUT240）存在一些问题。如何进一步调试问题？
