CHKDSK 会隔离损坏和损坏的文件和扇区。因此，首先存在一些其他问题。
一旦 CHKDSK 完成其工作并且您的日志中显示错误，就没有太多方法可以恢复数据了。
您可以取出磁盘并将其带到当地的恢复机构，以评估是否可以恢复数据，然后估算费用。

规则 1：不应再以任何方式更改有问题的磁盘，因为这可能会破坏恢复所需的数据。如果这是您的系统磁盘，请将其从计算机中取出，放入机箱中，然后尝试在另一台计算机上恢复您的文件。
然后，您应该在磁盘上运行恢复程序并希望找到您的文件。请注意，即使找到，文件也可能以某种方式被截断或损坏。并且切勿将恢复的文件写入正在恢复的磁盘。
