我知道在 C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts 中我可以像这样将 IP 映射到域名，
127.0.0.1 whatever.com
但是当我尝试映射到其他 IP 时，它不起作用。例如
127.0.0.1 99.99.99.99
