sendmail 已发送但没有新电子邮件

我对“sendmail”有疑问。所以如果我输入：

echo "something" | sendmail -v "test mail" [email protected]

我收到消息：

Mail Delivery Status Report will be mailed to <root>.

但当我查看电子邮件时，没有什么新内容。有人可以帮我吗？
