如果我尝试--允许删除，当然这可能有用...但是删除这些 runc、podman 和 containerd 文件安全吗？？？之后会起作用吗？在这样一个主要发行版上发生这种情况真是太奇怪了，但我找不到可靠的解决方案。

和podman包buildah与docker-ce.首先删除它们：

yum erase podman buildah

然后您可以安装docker-ce：

yum install docker-ce

或者

dnf install docker-ce
