您正在使用 运行该scp命令，因此它不会以普通用户的sudo身份运行。root本地计算机上的 root 用户有自己的一组 ssh 密钥，因此当您运行 时sudo scp...，该scp命令会在 root 的 ssh 密钥中查找密钥。但是，您可能将其保存在用户的密钥中，因为您正在尝试以legoman.
因此，请以用户身份尝试以下操作legoman：
scp -v /home/legoman/Documents/index.html legoman@ip:/home/legoman/Documents
如果也失败了，那么您需要与远程计算机的管理员联系，并要求他们将您的用户设置为能够连接到该计算机。
