光盘故障,blk_update_request:I/O 错误

我目前在 zfs 池重建后访问服务器上最近安装的所有光盘时遇到问题。当我尝试使用parted进行分区时,出现以下错误: Error: Input/output error during write

检查 dmesg 和 smartctl 后发现光盘似乎有问题。磁盘是否有可能在阵列重建过程中受到某种损坏?它们似乎不太可能同时全部损坏。
