我尝试promscale-extension在 FreeBSD 13.1 上编译 PostgreSQL 14.5，但我不断收到fatal error: 'libintl.h' file not found.我已验证该文件/usr/local/include/libintl.h是否存在，并且 promscale-extension 0.6.0 和 0.7.0 都会发生错误。有谁知道如何解决这个问题，或者我应该报告错误吗？
