更新。我安装了 TL2010 和 TL2011。前者 updmap 运行顺利，后者则失败。

终于！我所做的是：(1) 将 TL2010 和 TL2011 都复制到硬盘上，(2) 使用 Linux 安装程序（使用 Ubuntu Live CD）安装它们，(3) 用 TL2011 中的文件替换 TL2010 中的许多文件（整个 texmf-dist、textmf-* 中的选定目录和一些二进制文件，主要是 tex 引擎），(4) 重建格式（当然）。我估计还需要进一步微调，但至少一切正常。IIR，我在短短三天内安装和卸载了近一百万个文件 :-(
