XeLaTex 名称中的空格有误 MiKTeX 2.9 更新

自上次 MiKTeX 2.9 更新以来，我无法编译名称中带有空格的 .tex 文件，例如“名称中带有空格的文件.tex”任何最小文件，如

\documentclass[12pt, twoside]{report}
\begin{document}
hello world
\end{document}

显示错误

无论是使用 TeXstudio 还是 TeXworks。这是更新的一个已知问题 -https://sourceforge.net/p/miktex/bugs/2352/-（我以前从来没有遇到过任何问题，这种情况发生在正在运行的文件上前更新。
