`titlesec` 中的 `tcolorbox` 包

tcolorbox框的上方和下方有垂直间距。可以使用选项关闭此nobeforeafter功能。

框后的额外空间是由于\titleformat等造成的。用于\titlespacing设置章节标题后的垂直间距，比如说\baselineskip ——这是的最后一个参数\titlespacing。

另外，我还在框周围添加了一个命令，以便于维护添加/更改。
