epstpdf 包表现奇怪吗？

当我编译 test.tex 文件时，我可以立即生成漂亮的 pdf。只有在没有 test.pdf 文件时才会发生这种情况。因此，当我尝试再次编译时，似乎需要大约 50 倍的时间。控制台输出似乎卡在 epstopdf-sys.cfg 上。我使用 texLive 和 Tex works 编辑器。这是一个 MWE
