据我所知，校样是在后期制作中插入的。不过，可以很容易地生成 PDF 文件。

我复制io.mf到工作目录并运行

mf io

得到io.2602gf。然后我跑了

mktextfm gray
mktextfm black

（看Metafont Book - gray.tfm 的问题和显示“实验 2”） 进而

gftodvi io.2602gf; dvips io.ps -o; ps2pdf io.ps

得到io.pdf。最后，测试文件
