文档类中的章节标题没有编号tufte-book。由于\ref想要打印章节/节号但找不到，因此它会在日志文件中抱怨：

Package hyperref Warning: Suppressing empty link on input line 18.

如果您打开章节和节编号（通过添加\setcounter{secnumdepth}{1}到文档的序言中），它应该可以解决问题。

但请注意，标题默认tufte-book无法很好地打印编号，因此您可能需要稍微调整一下格式。

另外，您可以考虑使用\nameref而不是\ref打印章节/部分的名称而不是编号。
