这个问题已经很久了。也许你已经找到了一些解决方法，但现在在 Kile（版本 2.9.93）中可以使用的方法是使用用户菜单，正如建议的那样这里（注意，用户菜单当时被称为用户标签）。您可以在这里的菜单中找到它们：

LaTeX -> Edit User Menu

或者那里：

Wizard -> Edit User Menu
