为什么我不能使用xepersian包？我在 emacs 上使用最新版本的 texlive (2016.20170123-5)。

问题在于 TexLive 安装不当（使用 debian 软件包）。正确的方法是从 ctan.org 安装。我刚刚从 ctan 镜像下载了一个 iso 映像，一切正常！感谢 @gernot 和 @Ulrike Fischer 的有益评论。
