我对 TeX 还很陌生，现在我面临着在文档标题中创建双框表格的挑战。预期目标如下图所示： 表格应放在我的文档标题中。文本只是虚拟的。

Off-topic: although indiscutibly is a matter of individual taste, only in case that you want to escape from that  look of prehistoric HTML table, I would suggest some alternatives:
