如何更改 MDT 类中的边距宽度？

在我看来，在此之上使用“\fullpage”会导致文本撞到页面顶部的“headsepline”。

有没有办法不使用 \fullpage 就能获得全页效果（尤其是使用页面的整个宽度）？有没有办法更改此 MDT 类中的边距宽度来模拟全页？
