simplekv我使用更新了软件包tllocalmgr,虽然这解决了问题chemfig,但我仍然收到其他软件包的错误,因此我卸载了 Arch 的texlive安装,并使用了上游安装程序。这样做之后一切都完美无缺,甚至可以tlmgr正常工作。

所以答案是不使用发行版的包管理器。
