另外，我无法找到同时调整照片高度和宽度的方法——唯一可用的选项是调整照片周围边框的高度和宽度。

我猜元信息 (exif) 定义了旋转，而 latex 无法正确解释它。尝试将文件保存为另一种格式（如果愿意，可以保存回来）。如果幸运的话，转换会消除 exif 旋转。
