在author书目条目的字段中，and必须使用关键字来区分各个作者。该author字段还知道另一个关键字：others，它用于触发在引文标注中输出“et al”的例程（如果尚未触发）。

因此，我认为你应该把这个字段写成

author = {Jan Friebertshäuser and {@U+039b} and others},

周围的花括号@U+039b可能不是必需的。但是，它们可以防止+字符被误解。
