Nvidia使用自己的“TwinView”技术，你确定你真的使用Xinerama吗？如果你这样做，请尝试不使用它。

UPD。： 阅读man fluxbox：

       session.screen0.toolbar.onhead: <integer>
             For those that use xinerama, users can set this value to the number of the
             head where they would like to see the slit and toolbar, starting from 1.
             Setting this to 0 will ignore xinerama information. Default: 0

另外，AFAIR，Fluxbox 允许多个 X 屏幕运行，无需 Xinerama/TwinView（不过，您无法在它们之间移动窗口）。

我已经使用过arandr（可以通过 apt-get 获得）。它创建一个脚本来设置所需的监视器配置，然后必须在 Fluxbox 启动脚本中调用该脚本。
