让 \cite{my reference} 显示名称、年份和引用索引？

每次引用时，我都想添加作者姓名、年份和引用索引/编号。我发现这个问题很有用，我从中举了一个例子：

使 \cite{我的参考} 显示名称和年份

例如：

my_bibtex.bib有此条目：

@article{Franklin1999,
author = "Franklin Allen and Risto Karjalainen",
title = "Using genetic algorithms to find technical trading rules",
year = "1999",

journal = "Journal of Financial Economics"
}

如果my_paper.tex我使用这一行：

Important result has been found by \cite{Franklin1999}

我的输出如下：

Important result has been found by [1]

但我也希望它看起来像：

Important result has been found by Franklin (1999) [1]

有办法吗？我还想在文本中切换引用样式。
